Responsibilities
- Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and an unwavering commitment to quality
- Assist in the preparation and organization of mise en place to ensure seamless event execution
- Participate in on-site event setup, service, and breakdown with polished professionalism

- Collaborate with the culinary and event teams to deliver a cohesive, memorable guest experience
Requirements
- Experience in catering, fine dining, or high-end culinary environments strongly preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedules
- Strong culinary fundamentals: knife skills, timing, organization, and efficiency
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Professional demeanor, strong communication, and a commitment to excellence

Compensation
