Role Description
Headquarters are based in Brockton, MA. The Demolition Project Manager will oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project logistics, collaborating with client, supervising work crews and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation expertise.
- Experience in Inspection processes to ensure compliance with safety and project requirements.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management for coordinating transportation and material handling during demolition projects.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordination with clients and teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
