Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently schedule and dispatch HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service technicians to customer locations.
- Prioritize service calls based on urgency and customer needs.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on technician arrival times.
- Collaborate with field technicians to ensure efficient use of resources and timely job completion.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and technician schedules.
- Assist in resolving any scheduling conflicts or service-related issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to address inquiries and concerns.
