What You’ll Do
- Support Account Managers with day-to-day program execution
- Assist with event staff coordination, scheduling, and training support
- Help track budgets, invoices, and expenses
- Support travel arrangements for staff and internal teams
- Prepare logistics documents, schedule, and run-of-shows
- Assist with inventory tracking, shipping, and asset management
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Staffing, Production, Finance)
- Assist with special projects, research events, and compiling information as needed.
- Maintain organized records, trackers, and project documentation
- Handling administrative tasks to keep projects running smoothly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and shared documents
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to jump where needed
- Fast thinker who can quickly assess situations and move things forward
- Creative mindset: able to come up with solutions, not just follow instructions
- Able to connect the dots and suggest ideas or improvements along the way
- Open to supporting other areas of the business as needed for exposure and team support
- Prior experience in experiential marketing, events, agency, or coordination is a plus (but not required)
- Hands-on experience with live events and national campaigns
