The Sales & Estimating Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the company's sales and estimating efforts from identifying bidding opportunities through proposal submission and follow-up. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated individual who enjoys networking, building relationships, and keeping multiple projects moving simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:
· Research and identify public and private bidding opportunities.
· Maintain bid opportunity lists and track upcoming projects.
· Proactively develop relationships with General Contractors and work to get JD Rivet added to their bidder lists.
· Coordinate bid walk-throughs by scheduling and identifying the appropriate company representative to attend.
· Download project specifications, drawings, and bid documents and organize them within the company's network folders.
· Prepare, complete, and submit bid packages, RFQs, and prequalification documents accurately and on time.
· Assist estimators with proposal preparation, bid documentation, and other estimating-related tasks.
· Coordinate bid review and debrief meetings as needed.
· Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain communication with customers and General Contractors.
· Develop and track private bid opportunities and maintenance agreement opportunities.
· Manage and maintain the company's CRM system.
· Respond professionally to incoming email and telephone inquiries.
· Provide administrative support to the sales, estimating, and operations teams as needed.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
· Experience in the construction/roofing industry preferred.
· Experience with public bidding, prequalification packages, or CRM systems is a plus.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
