The Role:
As a Senior Analyst in theOEM Customer Success organization, you will act as adata analystleadand trusted advisor forone of our clients. You will serve as a subject matter expert on automotive sales, pricing, incentives, and residual values to drive client satisfaction and retention. This role is part of an accelerated development program designed to create future world-classautomotiveanalysts, offering opportunities to consult with industry leaders and support decisionsimpactingmillions of dollars in OEM profitability.
This role will be heavily relied uponto enable business development growth through the creation of effective case studies highlighting the value that J.D. Power's data and services deliver.

WhatYou'llBe Doing in This Role:
Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage intellectual curiosity andcutting-edgeBI tools (i.e.Tableau,PowerBI, ThoughtSpot) to analyze industry trends and deliver impactful insights. Use significant Excel experience for data manipulation and repeatable analysis.
Client Management: Serve as the customer successanalyst for our key clients, build trusted advisorrelationshipsand ensurethey canleverageJ.D. Power's data to gain high-value insights. Proactivelyidentifysolutions to support the sales and business development organization.
Subject Matter Expertise: Generate in-depth analysis explaining changes in the U.S. automotive retail industry, acting as the subject matter expert on sales volume, pricing, incentives, and residual values.
Communication & Influence: Lead discussions withJ.D. Power usersat OEMs. Create effective case studies, thought leadership articles, and compelling presentations to highlight the value of J.D. Power's data and services.
Qualificationsofthis Role:
2-5 years of experience inautomotive retail sales or reporting roles,consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or analytics.
Automotive industry experiencein finance, analytics, corporate strategy, or pricing ishighly desirable.
Significant experiencewith Excel and PowerPoint isrequired.
Experience using BI platforms like Tableau,PowerBI, or ThoughtSpot for analysis.
Experience with executive-level presentations and public speaking.
General interest and understanding of trends in the automotive industryis desirable.

This position has a starting salary range of $100,000 to $115,000 per year. This is the range we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting. An employee's pay within the range is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, education, qualifications, experience, performance, business or organizational needs, and geographic location.
