About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Location: Old Bridge, NJ

Pay Range: $21-$23

1. Picking & Order Fulfillment: Execute picking and verification tasks per JIT wave plans and system directives, ensuring optimized picking routes, accurate inventory counts, and timely order fulfillment to enhance picking efficiency.
2. Packaging & Quality Assurance: Pack and label goods according to standards, ensuring secure packaging and clear information to minimize transit damage. Promptly address anomalies (e.g., damaged, out-of-stock items) to maintain outbound quality.
3. Loading & Handover Coordination: Collaborate with couriers or transport teams for package loading, verifying quantities and flow details. Ensure logical loading sequences and accurate handovers, resolving issues to maintain outbound process fluidity.
4. Standardized Operations Execution: Adhere to outbound process standards (e.g., storage management, picking priorities). Participate in on-site optimizations, suggesting efficiency improvements. Enforce safety protocols to prevent injuries and equipment damage, enhancing operational compliance.
5. Data Reporting & Exception Handling: Document operational metrics (e.g., picking volume, packing times), promptly reporting process gaps or equipment malfunctions. Assist in managing order exceptions (e.g., address changes, urgent orders) to ensure smooth outbound operations.
