JD Home Rentals is actively seeking for a Patrol Security Guard to patrol and secure our vacant homes to prevent any vandalism. As well as removing homeless and trespassers from our vacant properties.

Responsibilities
- Patrolling and monitoring activities on the company’s vacant properties regularly to discourage criminals and ensure the environment is safe and secure
- Remove trespassers and violators and detaining perpetrators while following legal protocols before relevant authorities arrive to take over
- Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents to management
- Use provided communication devices
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols
- Ability to operate security systems and emergency equipment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Ability to solve problems as they arise

- Ability to react appropriately in stressful situations
- Guard Card Required
