Key Responsibilities:
Key Account Management:
- Manage the full lifecycle of customers, from onboarding to retention.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications:
Industry Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in Contract Logistics/3PL within the US market.
- In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce and online retail industries.
Professional Experience:
- Proven expertise in logistics supply chain management and cross-border operations.
- Demonstrated success in managing and expanding customers.
Management Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in identifying and fostering business opportunities with clients.
Problem-Solving & Collaboration:
- Exceptional customer service mindset with the ability to address and resolve client issues effectively.
- Skilled at driving collaboration across internal teams to optimize customer experience.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English, with strong business Chinese skills.
