Job Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor the Key Account Management (KAM) team to achieve client and company performance goals. Set performance targets and establish accountability frameworks for service delivery and client engagement. Support recruiting, onboarding, and professional development of KAMs.
- Provide executive-level support for escalations and strategic planning across top-tier accounts. Oversee customer satisfaction and retention for high-value enterprise accounts. Build long-term relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a trusted logistics advisor.
- Partner with warehouse operations to resolve issues, implement best practices, and drive efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of client systems with JDL’s WMS, OMS, and billing platforms. Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
- Guide team in conducting financial analysis, managing P&L for key clients, and identifying revenue or cost-saving opportunities. Ensure contract terms are upheld and billing is accurate and timely.
- Coordinate with JD teams in China and globally to support cross-border initiatives and strategic growth opportunities. Support implementation of new global client programs in the U.S. and ensure operational readiness.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing logistics/account management roles, preferably within a 3PL or e-commerce environment.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English (required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing a team.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, system integration, and supply chain performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and financial skills, including experience with P&L and contract negotiation.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/project management tools.
- Experience in WMS/OMS systems or data analytics.
- Familiarity with JD.com/JDL platforms or other global logistics operations.
