Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Fort Lee, NJ. The Commercial Multi-Dwelling Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial and multi-dwelling AV projects. Responsibilities include managing budgets, contracts, and project timelines to ensure successful delivery. The candidate will liaise with cross-functional teams, maintain communication with stakeholders, and ensure quality standards are met throughout all project phases. Working closely with clients, the Project Manager will ensure projects align with their visions while adhering to industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to manage and resolve project challenges effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for facilitating clear and consistent interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Finance to manage project costs and maintain financial accountability
- Experience with Contract Management to prepare, review, and oversee project agreements and ensure compliance
- Proven project management experience in the audio-visual or electronics industry
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, preferably with CEDIA or similar certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment in Fort Lee, NJ
