Senior Customer Service Representative JD Academy, American Association of Cosmetology Schools 2022 winner of Best Salon/Spa and Best School Culture, has an opening for a Senior Customer Service Representative. If so, you may be an excellent candidate for this position. Applicants must possess professional customer service skills, work well under pressure, have the ability to process numbers and information with a high level of accuracy, manage confidential information with discretion, and have a willingness to perform a wide array of duties. This person will greet students and clients, direct the flow of guests (clients, students and prospective students, state regulators, accrediting agencies), schedule and confirm salon/spa services, check out guests, manage cash drawer, process end of day receipt close outs, stock supplies, process laundry, clean shelves and retail, and may assist with inventory, ordering, and stocking. This person must be able to manage time wisely, be punctual, and present a positive self-image at all times.
