Position Summary:
Our client, a well-established regional bank in the Tri-State area, is seeking a Senior Commercial Healthcare Relationship Manager to join its Commercial Banking team. This role focuses on managing a portfolio of existing middle market healthcare clients and originating new lending and deposit relationships within the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial healthcare clients in the middle market segment
- Originate new loan and deposit business with a focus on healthcare providers and related companies
- Structure, negotiate, and underwrite commercial credit facilities in accordance with bank policy
- Work closely with internal credit and underwriting teams to ensure sound credit decisions
- Maintain and develop Centers of Influence (COIs) to generate new business opportunities in the New York area
- Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and cross-sell appropriate banking products and services
- Monitor financial performance of clients and proactively address risk issues
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of commercial banking experience, with a focus on healthcare lending
- Formal credit training required
- Proven ability to originate and manage middle market commercial loans and deposits
- Established network of COIs in the Tri-State area
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics and regulatory environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
Salary : $180,000 - $225,000
