Our client, a leading global bank is seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to be the face of their office. This is a long-term contract role, based fully onsite, and requires someone who can start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a polished, professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared
- Handle mail, deliveries, and courier requests
- Provide general administrative support to the office and facilities team
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or receptionist role, ideally in a corporate or financial services setting
- Needs to be bilingual, Spanish speaking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Immaculate presentation and customer service mindset
- Comfortable working onsite five days a week
- Immediate availability
