We are working with a Commercial Bank to bring on a Senior Payment Operations Analyst to own complex payment processing functions, lead investigations, and drive meaningful improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily payment operations - process wires, ACH transactions and FX payments.
- Lead Investigations - own root cause analysis, processing errors and unusual activity.
- Produce an analyze reporting - conduct reconciliations, generate recurring and ad hoc reports.
- Drive operational improvements - identify control gaps, lead workflow enhancements and elevate efficiency across payment operations.
Requirements:
- 5 years of payment operations experience in the banking industry, including domestic, international and FX wire processing.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to manage priorities across systems and teams.
- Deep experience/knowledge of payment platforms and systems.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
