JCW is recruiting on behalf of a well-respected insurance carrier seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across customer service and clerical functions. This is a 6-month contract (with potential to extend) based near Princeton NJ. The role starts fully on-site, transitioning to a hybrid schedule once training is complete.
Responsibilities
- Managing full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for customer service and clerical roles, from sourcing through offer
- Sourcing candidates via resume databases, job boards (including Indeed), and other talent channels
- Maintaining accurate candidate tracking and workflows within the ATS
- Conducting screening interviews and guiding candidates through each stage of the hiring process
- Partnering with hiring managers to align on role priorities and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience
Qualifications
- 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or shared services environment
- Hands-on experience with a major ATS — Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo preferred
- Proficiency with resume databases and job boards (Indeed and similar platforms)
- Proficient in MS Office — Word, Outlook, Teams, and basic Excel
