What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Assistant position at JCW Group?
JCW has partnered with a large financial institution that is seeking a Personal Assistant on a contract basis to join their team, and would be on-site in NYC. They are seeking a proactive individual who can assist multiple team leaders within the business.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3–5 years of administrative support experience, ideally in corporate or financial services
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience with Concur or similar travel/expense systems
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as WebEx or Google Meet
- Preferred: Spanish fluency and experience supporting financial services or global teams
- United States Citizens or Greencard holders ONLY.
