Key Responsibilities
- Oversee underwriting operations and portfolio performance, including risk quality, volume, and profitability
- Develop and execute underwriting strategy while enhancing workflows, guidelines, and overall efficiency
- Lead and develop a small team of underwriters, while partnering with senior leadership to drive growth and performance
Qualifications
- 10 years of commercial or contract surety underwriting experience
- 3 years of management or team leadership experience
