Responsibilities:
- Underwrite new and existing CRE loans 20MM .
- Perform detailed credit analysis including property cash-flow modeling and guarantee analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive credit memoranda, including risk assessment, strengths/weaknesses, and structure recommendations.
- Evaluate sponsor strength through review of liquidity, net worth, contingent liabilities, and track record.
- Assess collateral quality and secondary sources of repayment, including valuation and liquidation analysis.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in commercial real estate credit analysis or underwriting in a banking setting.
- Familiarity with credit policy, risk rating methodologies, and loan approval processes.
- Strong understanding of CRE fundamentals, including cash flow analysis, DSCR, LTV, and loan structuring.
