Job Summary
JCS Systems is hiring Korean/English Bilingual Maintenance Technicians for a manufacturing facility in Ellabell, GA.
This position supports production equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and continuous improvement.
Both experienced technicians and entry-level candidates with relevant technical education or hands-on mechanical/electrical experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
- Diagnose equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Work with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Complete equipment inspections and maintenance documentation
- Assist with equipment installation and improvement projects
- Communicate maintenance issues with Korean- and English-speaking team members
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Support overtime, weekend, and shutdown maintenance as needed
Qualifications
- Korean/English bilingual communication skills required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge
- Pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge preferred
- PLC and/or industrial robot experience is a plus
- Technical education in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field is a plus
Entry-level candidates with relevant technical education or hands-on maintenance experience are welcome to apply.
Schedule & Pay
- 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM
- Shift hours may vary based on production needs
- Initial training may be conducted on 1st Shift
- $26.00–$30.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Overtime: 1.5× after 40 hours/week
