What you will do:
- Review and validate cost and price proposal inputs for compliance with FAR, CAS, and internal policies
- Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies aligned with customer requirements
- Analyze solicitations and identify pricing requirements, assumptions, and risks
- Collaborate with capture, proposal, contracts, finance, and program teams throughout the proposal lifecycle
- Conduct price-to-win, competitive analysis, and historical pricing reviews
- Support pre-award discussions, negotiations, and pricing justifications
- Develop pricing models, cost volumes, and supporting documentation
- Ensure adherence to Truthful Cost or Pricing Data requirements and audit readiness
- Prepare and present pricing strategies and analyses to leadership
- Support multiple concurrent proposals in a fast-paced environment
- 5 years of experience in federal government pricing or cost analysis
- Experience with FAR, CAS, and federal procurement regulations
- Experience pricing multiple contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost-Reimbursable)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and present pricing strategies and briefings
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
- U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain a security clearance
- Experience with GSA FSS/MAS pricing
- Experience supporting large IDIQ or GWAC bids
- Familiarity with pricing tools and financial modeling techniques
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
