 SCHNECKSVILLE:
 SLATINGTON: Sunday-Friday: Days, Afternoons, and Evenings.

Job Description of the Home Health Aide:
 Assist clients with ADL’s and personal care needs
 Light housekeeping and laundry
 Meal planning and preparation
 Medication reminder
 Provide companionship and supervision as needed, such as conversations and games
 Inform Agency leadership of emerging client problems or needs
 Document and report any changes in the client’s physical or mental status to Agency
leadership. Comply with all Agency policies and procedures

Qualifications and Skills of the Home Health Aide:
 1 Year experience with personal care/bathing, assistance with ADL’s, transfer techniques
preferred, but will train the right candidate.
 Reliable transportation required.
 You must possess a caring nature and a pleasant attitude. Punctuality, flexibility,
compassion, and empathy for working with people that are dependent, especially seniors,
is a necessity.
