JCRS Laundromat is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Laundry Service Coordinator to join our team. This important role is responsible for managing our pickup and delivery service while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and smooth operational flow. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and takes pride in representing JCRS Laundromat with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely pick up and deliver laundry for residential and commercial clients in a timely manner
- Provide outstanding customer service during all client interactions, building relationships and ensuring complete satisfaction
- Coordinate closely with laundromat staff to process orders efficiently and maintain high quality standards
- Track and manage schedules to ensure all pickups and deliveries are completed on time
- Inspect laundry items for quality control before delivery
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and client communications
- Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and in excellent condition
- Assist with general laundromat operations and tasks as needed during downtime
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and care
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to lift and handle laundry bags (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Previous customer service or delivery experience preferred but not required
- Must pass background check
