Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry Level Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team in the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and organizing data while supporting daily administrative and customer-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Transfer information from purchase orders, spreadsheets, and paper documents into the company database system accurately and efficiently.
- Audit, review, and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy between purchase orders and quote spreadsheets.
- Scan, organize, and archive documents within the ERP database system.
- Download and file purchase orders from customer portals, including Boeing, Spirit AeroSystems, and Lockheed Martin.
- Create reports and Excel spreadsheets based on customer-provided data.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical records in compliance with company procedures.
- Support administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database management systems.
- Experience using office equipment such as scanners, printers, and multi-line phone systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
