Pricing and Signing Admin – Pricing
Responsible for timely and accurate input of data for promotional price files and store sign creation for the assigned merchandise divisions. You will work in dynamic, fast-paced environment where your attention to detail directly impacts customer experience and business success. Ensures all process steps involved in price management and signing are followed and necessary approval steps are coordinated to ensure all stores have accurate and usable point of sale signing and correct point of sale pricing records.

Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and manage data for promotional price files and regular pricing updates, ensuring all products reflect the correct price for our customers. You'll learn the intricacies of pricing cycles, incentive programs, and emergency pricing adjustments.
- Generate and coordinate the creation of essential in-store signage, collaborating closely with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure signs are visually appealing, informative, and aligned with current promotions.
- Actively communicate with cross-functional partners, including merchants, store operations, and marketing, participating in work sessions to streamline processes and resolve issues related to pricing and signing. Understand how signs are executed in stores for AOR
- Maintain meticulous tracking sheets to uphold our high standards of accuracy, striving to achieve an overall accuracy goal of 95% or higher
- Navigate critical deadlines with precision, ensuring all pricing and signing materials are prepared and distributed in a timely manner to support store readiness and promotional events.
- Address and resolve issues identified through Ad Audit reports, Sign Validation reports, and store feedback, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
Qualifications
Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
- Highschool diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or retail store operations preferred, demonstrating a foundational understanding of a retail environment
- Experience in MS OFFICE Applications with a strong aptitude for learning new systems and tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline-driven setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback.
- A proactive and collaborative spirit, eager to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment
Pay Range
USD $18.85 - USD $23.56 /Hr.
