Assistant Supervisor(Salesfloor assistant)
Duties:
- Assist the supervisor in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and data entry
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, coordinating with the supervisor for stock replenishment
- Assist with employee training and development programs
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Perform basic math calculations for inventory management and financial reporting
Qualifications:
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks, such as scheduling and data entry
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic math skills for inventory management and financial reporting
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred but not required
