Our Beauty Consultants are responsible for providing a personalized, engaging, and fun shopping experience to clients while demostrating beauty products and techniques, and leveraging in depth product knowledge to enchance and enrich our client's lives. Responsibilities
- Proactively and warmly greet customers and provide outstanding service to ensure a welcoming shopping environment
- Conduct product demonstrations and makeup applications to showcase the benefits of our offerings
- Seeks out and absorbs knowledge of products and techniques to stay up to date on beauty trends
- Assist clients in selecting products tailored to their individual needs and preferences
- Utilize company programs to build customer loyalty
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, cash handling, and cashiering duties with accuracy
- Upsell complementary products and promote new arrivals through engaging social media management and merchandising strategies
- Maintain organized stock levels, restock shelves, and ensure the store is visually appealing through effective merchandising
- Provide expert advice on beauty & cosmetics sales, skincare routines, and makeup techniques
- Handle customer inquiries via phone with professional etiquette and clear communication skills
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or beauty & cosmetics sales is welcome but not required
- Knowledge of cosmetology, makeup application, and skincare products is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times
