Profile - Office Manager / Front Office Manager / Sales and admin manager
This position is a key role in our growing business, the high level responsibilities are :
- Handling all customer inquiries, whether via phone, email or in person
- Managing jobs estimates and scheduling
- Identifying parts (costs and availability, coordinate with vendors/suppliers)
- Coordinate with the production lead to validate parts and labor required, and optimal scheduling / project timeline
- Managing jobs workflow, customer follow-up and escalation when needed
- Invoicing / payments and managing receivables
- Handling RV rental activities (manage pickup and delivery, RV readiness and all related tasks)
- Day to day book keeping
- Quickbooks. Weekly financial review with the general manager
- Purchasing
- Office and production supplies purchasing
- Parts & other
You will be reporting to the general manager and owner.

Skills
- Proficiency with Quickbooks, Word, email, online calendar, and excel
- Experience with fiberglass, other composite materials, RVs, auto bodyshop or others would be great
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
