We are seeking a motivated Project Manager Assistant to support our MEP construction operations, with a strong focus on shop drawings, BIM coordination, submittals, RFIs, and change order management. This role is ideal for someone who has foundational experience in MEP systems and is looking to grow within a fast-paced, technical, and highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Project Manager with day‑to‑day coordination of MEP construction activities
• Review and track MEP shop drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements
• Support BIM coordination efforts, including clash detection follow-up and model updates
• Prepare, submit, and track submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Maintain organized project documentation and logs
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution
• Assist with scheduling, progress tracking, and meeting preparation
• Provide general administrative and technical support to the project management team
Qualifications
• Some experience in MEP construction, BIM coordination, or shop drawing review
• Working knowledge of Revit (required)
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly with field teams, engineers, and subcontractors
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Deerfield Beach, FL
