Pay rate: $68-$70/hr
Guaranteed hrs. : 36/week

REQUIRED:
· Experience: Must have at least 3 years of prior ICU experience.
· Education: Associate Degree in Nursing.
· Certifications: Must have and maintain a current valid unrestricted Professional Nursing License (RN) to practice nursing in any state of the United States of America, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States
Must maintain current valid certification of the following throughout employment:
o Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
o Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association.
o Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association must be completed within six (6) months of hire.
o Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) must be completed within 6 months of hire
o National Institutes of Health (NIH) – NIHSS must be completed within 6 months of hire.
