The Head Receptionist will manage front desk operations, handle clerical duties, and offer outstanding customer service. Daily responsibilities include greeting clients, managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office organization. The role also entails assisting clients with inquiries and ensuring visitors have a positive experience.
