Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and capable Real Estate Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of property management/leasing and will take steps to attract talent to the positions available. This position requires strong skills to communicate well with applicants and have an understanding of people necessary to match candidates with the jobs available.
Responsibilities
- Use the correct social media platforms to attract and locate worthy candidates
- Conduct interviews to identify ideal candidates
- Once an applicant has been interviewed and is considered a good prospect, arrange a second interview with upper management.
Experience
- Proven recruitment experience in the real estate arena
- Strong understanding of real estate management and leasing
- Familiarity with social platforms available for job placement
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview effectively and manage relationships professionally
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments in a fast-paced environment
