The Position

We need a Project Manager/Maintenance Supervisor for our commercial and residential properties. You will work closely with upper management, maintenance and leasing teams, brokers, vendors, contractors to establish project needs and deadlines. The position requires the candidate to delegate tasks and make sure the tasks get accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Also, experience in the residential and commercial property management fields with some knowledge of maintenance or construction fields are required. Bilingual Spanish/English is helpful.
