JCM Physical Therapy is a growing our team and looking to add a PT driven by a passion to provide evidence-based and truly individualized care.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently provide high quality physical therapy services in accordance with the parameters and practices of the APTA, NJ Board of PT, and State of NJ.
- Evaluates, creates, and implements quality treatment plans and interventions necessary to achieve goals.
- Manages and coordinates the supervision of treatment plans with all staff and other disciplines as indicated
- Supervises aides and assistants, while maintaining two-way positive relationships with facilities and clients
- Coordinates therapist-patient scheduling and provides feedback to supervisor on clinical and rehabilitative scheduling
- Performs necessary clinical documentation to meet facility, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements
- Prepares complete, accurate, and timely billing records to meet facility, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements
- Maintains a high level or professionalism that promotes vision and mission of this organization, while upholding an environment that exudes health, rehabilitation, and overall individual well-being
- Thrives in a team-based atmosphere with goals of provide exquisite patient/client care above all
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with minimally a master’s degree in physical therapy
- Prefer experience managing other rehabilitation personnel
- Prefer experience in out-patient physical therapy setting with focus on orthopedic and sports medicine diagnoses
- Prefer knowledge managing cost and productivity
- An active NJ Physical Therapy license
- Extraordinary patient service delivery, unique interpersonal skills, and exceptional ability to demonstrate clinical excellence, as well as passion to develop professionally
Preferred Skills
- Advanced credentials in the areas of orthopedics, sports medicine, and/or manual therapy
- CPR Certification
- Experience with computer-based EMR/EHR
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Per diem
Pay: $52,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
