The Mission: Apartment Turn Coordinator
Every empty apartment is a blank canvas and a critical business objective. As our Service Coordinator, you are the logistical mastermind behind the scenes. You will orchestrate the entire transformation process from the moment a resident moves out until a new one walks through the door.
Operating at the high-energy intersection of our Maintenance Department, outside vendors, and incoming residents, you will ensure every apartment is turned over flawlessly, on time, and up to our luxury standards. Key Responsibilities
- Project Orchestration: Coordinate seamlessly with the internal maintenance team and external vendors to schedule paint, flooring, cleaning, and repairs.
- Timeline Management: Own the "turn calendar," managing appointments and tight deadlines to minimize vacancy days.
- The Communication Hub: Field phone calls, manage critical emails, and act as the primary liaison between vendors and onsite staff.
- Relentless Follow-Up: Track orders aggressively to ensure vendor accountability and impeccable quality control.
- Digital Command: Maintain and update our systems, and internal databases with laser-focused accuracy.
- Resident Relations: Welcome incoming residents, handle move-in administrative duties, and deliver a smooth, celebratory move-in day experience.
