The Leasing Coordinator will work alongside the team and utilize strong communication skills to guide and inspire the leasing team, ensuring high performance and professional growth. Analytical skills are essential for interpreting market data and adjusting leasing strategies to optimize occupancy. Proficiency with property management software and CRM tools enables efficient tracking of leasing activities and tenant interactions. Additionally, marketing acumen supports collaboration with marketing teams to design campaigns that attract and retain quality tenants, contributing to the overall success of the properties.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 year's proven track record of successfully leasing apartments
- Strong knowledge of leasing laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in market rent multi-family residential
- Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies to achieve occupancy
- Lead, train, and motivate the leasing team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet leasing targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with marketing to create effective promotional campaigns and leasing materials.
- Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws
- Prepare and present regular leasing performance reports to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with property management to address tenant concerns and ensure smooth operations.
