Brand & Page Management- Optimize and maintain the Starlight PR company page, CEO page, and JCM Holdings page.- Ensure all visuals, tone, and messaging align with a charcoal gold, luxury-forward aesthetic.- Maintain brand voice: Confident. Intelligent. Elegant.2. Content & Thought-Leadership System- Publish 3 high-quality posts per week (quotes, PR insights, case studies, artist wins).- Create one weekly case study client success story.- Produce authority-focused content aligned with our core message:“We don’t sell promotion. We architect lasting careers.”3. Network Growth & Relationship Building- Build targeted lists using Sales Navigator: label execs, managers, producers.- Add 100 qualified connections per month with ≥45% acceptance rate.- Run daily engagement routines (comments, shares, meaningful interactions).- Convert warm engagement → personalized DM outreach → intro calls for sales.4. Lead Generation & CRM Coordination- Book 30 qualified conversations per month for our sales team.- Track all outreach, engagement, and conversions in HubSpot Notion.- Build monthly “LinkedIn PR Intelligence” reports.5.
