Overview:
JCM Associates, Inc. is seeking Site Safety Coordinators for a full-time year-round position in our Upper Marlboro, Maryland main office.

Our main office and fabrication facilities are in Upper Marlboro, MD - located just 20 minutes from DC. We provide wellness programs and an in-house gym as well as many social functions throughout the year.
Primary Duties Include:
- Assist team members to recognize and avoid OSHA safety violations
- Provide onsite training on OSHA rules and regulations
- Assist project foreman in developing pre-task planning procedures for a consistent safe work environment
- Perform daily job site inspections to prevent injuries or workplace violations
- Manage and report and injuries or incidents as they occur

- Eager to walk their project looking for opportunities to improve
- 30 Hour OSHA Certified
- CPR/First Aid Certified
- Has experience with the construction industry
- Ready to work at a DC Metro Area job site
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in the construction field
- 1-2 years of experience in a safety coordinator position
- Past experienced focused on large-scale commercial construction
- Note: JCM will consider an outstanding and highly motivated entry level candidate.
