JCL Solutions is a full-line Building Maintenance, Office Supply and Office Furniture Company, with 2 locations. JCL is a part of the Dacotah Paper Company out of Fargo, ND, with an overall total of 8 locations.
An Industry Leader and a supplier, to some of the largest employers in the Region.
The Field Technician oversees an established account base and does Preventative Maintenance stops at established accounts and also installs chemical dispensers at new accounts.
Follow a designed Technician Route System, that has proven success and organization.
Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing and installing commercial Laundry and Warewash equipment / chemical pumps. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. Also, repair commercial cleaning equipment, such as: Autoscrubbers, Vacuums, Floor Machines, etc. at the Sioux Falls location.
Must be mechanically inclined and know the ins and outs of basic plumbing and electrical. Follow a Route and service existing customer base by performing Preventative Maintenance stops. Provide support to customers to troubleshoot any issues. Read and understand technical manuals for equipment operations and maintenances. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
