SALES & MARKETING
The primary responsibility is to achieve sales goals by creating demand of our products and services through major contractor customers.
Maintains a sales mindset to aggressively pursue and manage business opportunities.
Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
Responsible for coordinating jobs and cooperating with other division personnel to ensure efficiency in providing a quality product and optimum service to the customer in a timely fashion.
Targeting and acquiring new accounts by identifying new customers within the ready mix industry.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Deep understanding of ready-mix production, transportation, and quality control protocols.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire as a mentor.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Superior diplomacy skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
Create quotes in word, excel, or any other system as needed.
Basic Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook and teams’ skills.
Certifications:
Certified Concrete Sales Professional (CCSP) by NRMCA preferred
