Pay: TBD based on experience and qualifications
Hours: Full time with OT possible

Responsibilities
- Support the roofing, cleaning, painting and coating process.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks to move materials and equipment across job sites while maintaining safety protocols
- Aid in surface preparation process
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials, disposing of debris, and inspecting equipment regularly
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a customer background check and drug screen.
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able provide Birth Certificate and Social Security Card
- Prior construction site experience with exposure to roofing projects or related trades such as carpentry or masonry
- Prior experience with pressure washing, commercial cleaning, coating, painting, and Epoxy floors is a plus.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing
- Must be able to perform work duties at various heights and weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety standards and detail-oriented craftsmanship
Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Experience:
- Roofing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Commercial painting: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- drivers license (Required)
- OSHA 10 (Preferred)
- OSHA 30 (Preferred)
- Scissor Lift Certification (Preferred)
