Sensormatic Electronics, LLC seeks VP, North America Commercial at its facility located at 6600 Congress Ave, Boca Raton, Florida 33487. JOB DESCRIPTION: Drive profitable sustainable growth of the North America Sensormatic business by achieving the secured sales volume and gross margin plans across the account base and growing the customer base. As well as ensuring the obligations of the agreement are executed by the various regions and business units. Lead the sales team and overall account management strategy for North America Develop assigned customer segment strategic plans, account plans, and annual sales plans. Responsible for all aspects of sales planning, measurement, results; including volume, margin, staffing, overhead, productivity, activity management, and contribution margin. Deliver commercial business results on a quarterly basis. Ensure new service, digital and solution offerings are deployed across the commercial organization for success. Manage and own weekly sales cadence, representing the North America commercial organization around secured volume and price projections. 100% telecommuting allowed. Travel: 50% domestic and international for meetings with customers and internal meetings. Role manages 15 employees. REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Plus, Eight (8) years of experience as a Director of Sales, VP of Sales, or related occupation in a matrix environment. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Sales and account management disciplines, tools, and processes; (2) Managing a P&L; (3) Leadership in a matrix environment; (4) Managing the expansion of global retailers based in either USA or Canada; (5) Directly engaging with major customers including top 10 global retailers; (6) Meeting multi-$100 million revenue targets and exceeding financial metrics such as bookings, revenue, gross margin, and profitability; (7) Managing overall performance of team and improving productivity of the sales force; and (8) Crisis management in addressing customer issues.
