- Experience in Title Abstracting and analysis of property records
- Familiarity with Medical Terminology and its application in healthcare-related land matters
- Knowledge of Health Information Management, Medical Records, and Medical Coding as they pertain to property documentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify property ownership through legal documents
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using title software and tools for searching and recording property information
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience in real estate or land services
- Knowledge of real estate and right-of-way regulations in Iowa and neighboring states is an asset
