Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Civil Superintendent, based in Queen Creek, AZ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The General Civil Superintendent will oversee and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. This position involves coordinating with project teams, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication among contractors, crew members, and stakeholders to uphold JCCON's reputation for reliability and precision.
