Overview:


We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional service to our residential and commercial customers. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in scheduling, communication, and overall customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced home services environment.

$18.00-$20.00 per hour


What You’ll Do:

· Answer inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails from customers

· Schedule HVAC service, maintenance, and installation appointments

· Coordinate scheduling details with technicians and dispatch

· Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and availability

· Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism

· Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction

· Maintain accurate records in CRM and scheduling systems

· Process payments and invoices as needed

· Focus on customer lifecycle and experience

· Apply strong sales acumen to convert inbound leads and drive outbound sales calls

· Achieve established monthly sales targets


What you’ll Bring:

· Customer service or call center experience preferred

· HVAC or home services experience is a plus (training provided)

· Proven Inbound and outbound Sales Skills

· Strong communication and multitasking skills

· Comfortable with phones, computers, and scheduling software

· Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
