Position Summary
The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for managing inquiries and supporting prospective families through the enrollment process. This role serves as a key point of contact, providing information, coordinating tours, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from initial inquiry through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in person
- Schedule and conduct tours for prospective families
- Provide detailed information about programs and services
- Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with prospective and current families
- Manage and organize student records, including applications, enrollment documents, and required forms
- Track and update data related to outreach, tours, and registration
- Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate family records and communication
- Support administrative tasks, including access management and general office coordination
- Assist with additional duties as needed, including occasional classroom support
Pay: $25.00 per hour
