Minimum Qualifications
- Must be reliable, report to work on time, and meet established deadlines
- Loves working with children and responding to their emergent needs
- Must be flexible: able to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Minimum 16 years of age for Junior Counselor position, minimum 18 years of age for Senior Counselor position
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Experience working with ages 2-5
- Personal or professional camp experience
