scheduling of lifeguards and other pool personnel, directs Aquatics staff in the operation of pool
equipment, and performs regular maintenance duties, when necessary, in accordance with
Department of Health and New York State law.

- Assist with developing, implementing, tracking and overseeing the department
- Assists with staffing, recruiting, training, hiring and evaluating lifeguards, and swim
- Structure and help to lead instructional swim in accordance with the Learn-to-Swim
- Supervise pool area and ensure lifeguard staff are monitoring patrons and portraying

- Minimum three years in Aquatics industry
- Certified WSI or able to obtain within six months of employment
- Certified LGI or able to obtain within six months of employment
- Certified CPO or able to obtain within six months of employment
- Ability to lead and manage staff
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
