Morning Lifeguard (Training Provided)
Gordon Jewish Community Center – Nashville, TN
The Gordon Jewish Community Center is looking for a dependable, energetic, and safety-minded individual to join our aquatics team as a Morning Lifeguard. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a positive environment and wants consistent weekday hours.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 5:15 AM – 1:45 PM
Pay:
- Competitive pay based on experience
Responsibilities
- Monitor the pool and ensure the safety of all swimmers.
- Enforce pool rules and respond to emergencies when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
- Complete opening procedures and maintain a clean, safe pool environment.
- Work as part of a team to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift.
- Lifeguard certification is NOT required. We are happy to provide training and certification for the right candidate.
