AI Specialist and Project Lead

About the Role

We’re looking for someone fluent in AI tools and fluent in the creative process — and able to bring the two together while owning projects end to end. You’ll use AI to accelerate ideation, production, and iteration without sacrificing quality, and you’ll carry each project from concept to completion: the timelines, resources, budgets, and communication that keep everyone aligned and the work on track.

It’s both a craft role and a leadership role. The right person treats AI the way a great editor treats a draft — a way to get to something sharper, faster, not a shortcut around judgment — and runs the project around it with equal discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply AI tools across the creative workflow — concepting, copy, design, image and video generation, and rapid iteration.
• Build and refine prompts, workflows, and reusable processes that raise the quality and speed of creative output.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of creative projects from brief to delivery.
• Develop and manage project schedules, task assignments, status reports, and budgets.
• Serve as the central communication hub across creative, strategy, and client teams, keeping every stakeholder aligned.
• Spot risks and bottlenecks early, and implement solutions before they cost time.
• Manage client expectations and run clean feedback loops at every key milestone.
• Maintain a high bar for output: nothing ships because AI made it, only because it’s genuinely good.

Requirements

• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools across the creative stack — text, image, video, and design.
• Project management experience, preferably in a creative, agency, or media environment.
• A track record of running multiple projects at once across varying timelines and stakeholders.
• A real understanding of the creative process across graphic design, video, copywriting, and web.
• Strong command of project financials, from inception through completion.
• Strong taste and editorial judgment — the ability to tell good output from mediocre and know why.
• Curiosity and adaptability as tools and capabilities change month to month.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and composure under pressure.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, or content production.
• Light technical fluency (APIs, automation, scripting) for stitching AI tools into larger workflows.
